They also took care of all the construction debris, which was a huge relief.   Andy was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to help me. He answered my call late in the evening about the leaking heating line, and then he took the time to actually come out and fix it before it could cause any more damage. It’s so rare to find someone who’s willing to prioritize a customer’s needs like that, especially with his schedule already full. I’m incredibly grateful for his prompt and professional service, and I’ll definitely be calling him for all my heating needs in the future – and I’ll be recommending him to all my clients as well! report abuse

  Andy was fantastic – truly a lifesaver! He squeezed us in even though he was incredibly busy, and he clearly knows his business. Seriously, he diagnosed and fixed our backyard problem in just 10 minutes after we’d been struggling with it for two days.   “I was in a bit of a panic trying to sell my house and needed my furnace cleaned before closing. The first company I called said it was overheating and needed a full replacement, quoting a hefty $3,800. Luckily, I got a second opinion from Andy, who quickly diagnosed the problem as just a worn gasket and needed a thorough cleaning. He came back the following week and fixed it up for a much more reasonable price. Andy saved me almost $4,000 – it was fantastic! I called on a Saturday morning with a broken furnace and was essentially brushed off – told that the technician wouldn’t be available that weekend due to my own lack of scheduling.
