  “I’ve been incredibly impressed with Cajun Electric – they rewired my home several years back, and this week when I had a problem with my smoke detector, they responded so quickly! A technician was out right away and fixed it. I actually use them for all of my construction projects too, so I know they’re reliable. Just a heads-up though – I’ve noticed dust and little particles can sometimes get into the detectors and trigger false alarms, especially in the early hours.” report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with this company. They charged me an exorbitant $222.50 for two of their employees to simply find and replace an outlet in my garage – it took them a full 35 minutes! They started billing me as soon as they left the office on their way to my house, and then they just sat in their truck on my driveway for a long time after the job was finished. I only realized how ridiculous the bill was and why they were tracking their truck when I contacted them days later. Honestly, it felt like I was being ripped off, and I’m not sure I’d recommend them based on this experience. report abuse
