This was a frustrating experience. They did ultimately complete the work we needed, which is why it’s not a one-star review. However, there were significant delays and a lack of communication. We requested the plans be ready for pickup, but they weren’t printed until the last minute, and we had to wait quite a while. When I explained that I was already running behind to take my wife to the doctor, the response was dismissive, essentially blaming me for the delay. It’s concerning that the task was already four days overdue and that the estimated completion time wasn’t met.
