They offered fantastic advice and did a truly excellent job – their knowledge and professionalism were top-notch. Because this was my eighth remodel, I can honestly say their communication was the best I’ve ever experienced with a contractor. They were always diligent about visiting the job site and responded to our questions immediately, even outside of regular business hours. Jacob, in particular, was a lifesaver; he’d come out on weekends to discuss things in person and his guidance not only saved us a lot of trouble but also a significant amount of time and money. They kept us fully informed every step of the way, and their crew was incredibly professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. It was a huge relief that they took care of everything, including all the necessary permits. Because it was a renovation of an older home, we did encounter a few unexpected challenges, but the team really impressed us with their problem-solving skills – they came up with long-term solutions instead of just quick fixes.
