Brandon and his team were fantastic – genuinely helpful and incredibly responsive, which is a huge relief for a residential contractor like myself who’s currently focused on remodels and additions. Michael did a really efficient job evaluating our home – he got the report to us within three days, which was fantastic. However, we were surprised by an unexpected charge for some additional work that wasn’t discussed or approved beforehand. Overall, we’d definitely consider using him again, but it’s absolutely essential that he provides a detailed scope of work and associated costs upfront to avoid any surprises. I’d give him a solid 3.5 out of 5 stars.
