  “I was really frustrated with my experience with Ray’s Plumbing. While I want to give credit where it’s due, the owner personally reached out and worked with me to get a fair refund, and I appreciate his understanding. My initial issue was with a heat pump hybrid water heater throwing error codes. The first thing that really bothered me was being charged $300 for a 30-minute call to diagnose the problem. After they determined the motherboard was faulty, even with the warranty, the repair cost $600. They then replaced just the motherboard, but the problem persisted. Ultimately, they suggested replacing the entire water heater for around $3000 – on top of the $1000 I’d already paid – and the only solution was a complicated process involving the manufacturer. It ended up taking two hours in my garage and costing me over $1000, and I still wasn’t resolved.” report abuse

  “Ronald from Ray’s Plumbing was fantastic! He arrived promptly at 7:15pm to deal with a really urgent leak and worked through the night to get it fixed. He was so helpful, professional, and really kind – I’ll definitely be calling them back soon for some updated pipe replacements under my house. And the price was very reasonable.” report abuse

  “I was really puzzled when all the water suddenly stopped running in my old trailer – thankfully, there was no flooding! I called the company and they sent Colin out to take a look, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. It was a really easy fix, and I appreciate their prompt service. I was a little cramped in the trailer, but they were happy to help, and I’ll definitely be using them again.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the service I received from Rays. I contacted them after getting a surprisingly high water bill and discovered my meter was running. Jeremy initially scheduled a technician for the next day, but Tyler arrived promptly at 8:30 am. He was incredibly professional, explained the diagnosis, and quickly located and fixed the leak – all within the same day! Tyler was also so friendly and respectful, and he made sure to clean up everything thoroughly. Thanks to Tyler, the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.” report abuse

  I just want to say – Ray’s Plumbing and especially Jake were amazing! We had a really awful situation with a burst pipe during the terrible PNW storm, and Jake responded incredibly quickly, getting the repairs done within hours.   “I was so impressed with Jake’s service! He was incredibly courteous and explained all the options available, clearly outlining the pros and cons of each with different price points. Importantly, he didn’t pressure me towards the most expensive choice, and kept me fully informed every step of the way. When we ran into a small issue, Jake really went above and beyond to find a solution and get everything sorted out.   “We’ve now used Ray’s Plumbing three times, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Jake has been with them the whole time, and he’s fantastic – truly a local gem in Battle Ground. He first found a major leak that would have cost us a fortune, then he recently tackled a persistent toilet backup issue that we’d been struggling with for years. It turned out there were two blockages, and while the first one he cleared that day, the second required some more involved work – including removing part of our sidewalk and re-routing some plumbing – but Jake handled everything efficiently and professionally. What really sets Ray’s Plumbing apart is Jake himself. He’s incredibly detail-oriented, neat, and just a really hard worker. We’ve had other plumbers before, but Jake is by far the best we’ve encountered. We’re hoping this fixes the problem for good, and if not, we’ll definitely be calling Ray’s Plumbing and asking for Jake!” report abuse
