  Randy has been fantastic to work with. He’s always been incredibly responsive whenever I’ve needed him, and he was particularly helpful in getting my American Home Shield warranty set up – he handled everything smoothly and without any complications. I genuinely recommend him! report abuse

  Randy seemed like a pleasant guy, and he was helpful in discussing a water softener and filtration system. However, he repeatedly promised to get back to me with an estimate and never followed through. Despite having excuses, he consistently delayed providing the information I needed, and I ultimately didn't receive an estimate at all. I wouldn’t recommend using his services. report abuse

  “I had a leak and contacted my home warranty company, who then arranged for Randys Plumbing to take a look. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear anything for two days, and I couldn't get through to Randys Plumbing myself. The warranty company rep apologized and promised to follow up, but they never contacted me. Then, they told me Randys Plumbing hadn’t even received the initial service request! After all that, they finally scheduled a visit, but no one ever showed up – and they didn’t even bother to let me know. It’s really frustrating when you make time to be available for a repair, and you don’t get any communication at all. Honestly, a simple phone call to let me know they couldn’t come would have been appreciated.” report abuse

  Randy visited our home in Brainerd to diagnose a problem with our well pump for the guest house. He was able to get it primed and running briefly, but the issue kept recurring. We paid him $100 for the short visit, and he instructed us to contact him if it continued. However, despite multiple follow-up calls and scheduled appointments, he never returned, and we never heard from him again. It was incredibly frustrating that he didn’t resolve the problem or offer any kind of refund considering he didn’t complete the service. We definitely wouldn't recommend him, and we’re filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. report abuse
