  I was really disappointed with the work this company did on my room – they were pleasant enough to talk to, but the final result was far below what I expected, especially considering they were the highest bidder. After they finished applying the skim coat and installing the trim, there was an excessive amount of caulk left over, requiring me to spend days sanding to fix it. Worse, they’d caulked gaps up to an inch wide, and the caulk just sunk in, creating deep grooves that I’ll have to try to cover up. I pointed out numerous spots they hadn't addressed, and they'd frequently say they were finished, only to admit they needed to go back and fix them, but they’d always rush off. Eventually, I just gave up dealing with them constantly in my home and accepted the work as “close enough.” However, when I tried to paint the trim the next day, I discovered nail heads were sticking out, there was still a huge amount of caulk, and the seams were far from smooth. I contacted the owner to discuss this, but he hasn’t responded weeks later. There seemed to be very little communication between him and the workers, and I often felt like I was getting a disrespectful attitude from them. Frankly, it just felt like they lacked pride in their work. I would strongly advise against hiring them – save your money and find someone else who will do a proper job. report abuse

  I was so pleased with the work All American Drywall did to repair the damage caused by my dog – it really spiraled out of control after my divorce! They were incredibly responsive to my initial request and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The quality of their drywall repair was fantastic, and they were just really professional and easy to work with.   “The contractor was really professional and friendly during the initial estimate and helped me get the supplies I needed. However, after that, I was completely left in the dark for about six weeks.
