  “We were dealing with a serious problem – our 1950s Cape Cod’s poor ventilation and insulation had led to a premature roof failure. We were surprised to learn that roofers don’t typically handle ventilation issues, so we reached out to Attic Experts. Jason was fantastic! He really understood what our attic needed to breathe again and expertly addressed the mold, added the right ventilation, insulation, and even corrected the issues caused by a previous contractor fixing our bathroom exhaust. He coordinated with our roofing team to make sure everything was done correctly. Because of Jason’s work, our house is so much more comfortable, our HVAC isn’t straining as much, and we’re seeing a noticeable drop in our utility bills.   John was absolutely fantastic – honestly, the best experience we’ve had with a contractor. We hired him to deal with a really nasty problem in our attic – bat guano and mold – and from the start, it was clear he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t just fix the immediate issue; he did a truly thorough inspection, discovering a lot more guano and, importantly, some serious mold growth because of our lack of ventilation. He explained everything so clearly, showing us exactly what he found and why it was a problem, helping us understand how the lack of ventilation and insulation were contributing to the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter. What really stood out was his honesty and commitment to keeping us informed. He provided a huge number of photos of the problem and the work he did, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing a perfect job.
