  Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment for 9am, and waited for three hours – they’d initially said that was plenty of time. I ended up taking time off work, and then I had to chase them down to cancel. To add to the frustration, I was immediately charged $29 for the site visit, only to receive a refund later. What really bothered me was the whole process; it felt disorganized and rushed. And it wasn’t just the scheduling, but the way I was treated when I finally needed to cancel. The operator was incredibly rude, and it felt like they weren’t prioritizing my request for a refund. It turns out “Doyle Attic Insulation” is actually connected to “Premium Home Services,” which offered a huge range of services – drywall, painting, even electrical work! I was expecting a local, specialized spray foam company, and it just didn’t feel like the right fit. Because of this experience, I’m going to look for another insulation company. report abuse

  “I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I scheduled an appointment for between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, but no one ever contacted me. I tried reaching out multiple times to the booking agents, and they simply kept rescheduling for the next day, again between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, without any attempt to actually send a technician.
