I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. Honestly, I would give them a zero if I could. We put down a $5,000 deposit, and when my partner became ill, the owner only offered to refund $3,500, despite the agreement stating we’d receive the full deposit back if a loan was denied. Sadly, my partner passed away before we could get our money back. I contacted the owner to explain the situation, and he offered numerous excuses, claiming it had to go through my partner’s estate, even though I was the one who held the down payment. When my partner’s power of attorney contacted them, they insisted the necessary paperwork hadn’t been signed. It’s a really unsettling experience, and I would urge anyone considering doing business with this company to proceed with extreme caution – especially if anything unexpected happens during the process, as you could potentially lose your entire deposit.

I’m incredibly concerned about my friend’s experience with this company. He purchased a home from them last summer, and to this day, it’s still sitting unfinished on its foundation. They’ve been months late completing the work, and haven’t done anything to address the issue since. He’s now stuck paying a mortgage and rent for an apartment because of their delays. It’s truly shocking that others are already living in finished homes after putting down deposits, and I strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution. My friend and I believe he should seek legal advice, but he’s hesitant to do so. Frankly, it’s unacceptable that this company isn't fulfilling its commitments, particularly in Granthsville, MD.

It was really disappointing when we drove 90 minutes only to find the showroom completely locked up with notices on the windows saying it was closed. The website didn’t mention anything about a closure, which made the situation even more frustrating.

“Honestly, buying a home through this company has been a terrible experience. From the beginning, it felt like a series of lies – the salesperson didn’t seem to be telling us the truth, and it continued with upper management. We’re still owed money, and they’re denying it, which is incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a home through them to look at properties elsewhere.”
-
“Overall, I’m not entirely satisfied with things right now. The price has been increasing, and I’ve found it difficult to get clear explanations for those changes. I’m willing to continue working with them, but it’s definitely a concern at this point.”
-
It’s a really convenient place to go, especially for people who work evenings during the week. The staff are friendly and clearly knowledgeable about what they do.
-
“They’re still needing a bit of support in this area and could really benefit from proactively reaching out to potential customers.”
-
It’s clear they offer a really nice range of choices.
-
This didn’t really provide much assistance.
-
Okay, based on "Looking for to buy a home," here’s a natural-sounding evaluation: “This individual is clearly in the market to purchase a property. They’re actively seeking a home, which suggests a serious intention and a desire for a significant life change.”
