  Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “We hired this company to open our pool, and unfortunately, we ran into some problems right away. We weren’t informed about a couple of issues with the equipment, and despite sending them photos and a detailed description of the problem when we scheduled the initial appointment, they only made a brief 15-minute visit and didn’t actually fix anything. We were charged $150 for that visit, and then another $150 for them to return. To make matters worse, we haven't received any communication about scheduling a follow-up appointment, and our pool has been out of service for the entire month of July.” report abuse

  Honestly, the whole process of buying the pool felt a little disorganized. It took quite a few phone calls to sort out the details, and there was no initial meeting to discuss where it would go or what we’d need beyond the pool itself. We didn’t receive a list of recommended accessories or any guidance on setting up the pump or maintaining it. The sand delivery was also handled separately, with no coordination from the owner, and we weren’t informed about the tarps we eventually needed. After the sale, customer service was extremely difficult to reach. report abuse

They were incredibly reliable, arriving on time and completing the project perfectly, both in terms of quality and cost.   “I was so pleased with the service I received from Clearwater Pool and Spa. They quickly addressed a small issue with the hot tub – Brad was fantastic and got it sorted out right away, especially on such a hot day! I highly recommend them – great product and a truly wonderful team.” report abuse

  I have to say, I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received from Clearwater. When our pool pump went out, Sarah, Linda, and Brad went above and beyond to help us. They were incredibly responsive, calling and texting to get the situation sorted out and even asking for photos to speed up the process – especially during such a busy time of year. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and I’m so pleased to be a Clearwater customer! report abuse
