  Overall, Superior did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new red oak flooring. The way they feathered it into our existing floor was seamless – you honestly can’t tell where the old and new meet! I really appreciated how responsive Vitaly and Debbie were throughout the whole process, and they were incredibly helpful in keeping us on schedule during our kitchen remodel. My only suggestion would be for them to improve communication regarding the exact arrival times of the workers; a little more advance notice would have been great.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work Superior Flooring did for us. Their bid offered superior quality carpet and laminate at a better price than our competitor’s, and the installation itself was fantastic – they even expertly joined the new carpet to our existing floors. They tackled a big job, covering a large family room, a unique “dance floor,” a bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a long, L-shaped hallway, and did a beautiful job throughout.   Vitaly and his son did an absolutely fantastic job installing the new vinyl flooring in our kitchen, hall, and bathroom. They were incredibly efficient, completing the project in just two days – even when Vitaly had to finish the second day on his own after his son got sick. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they really paid attention to detail. We absolutely love the new floor and how fresh and clean our rooms feel now.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work done by Superior Floor Solution. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the experience was fantastic. Debbie in the shop was so helpful in figuring out our material needs and coordinating everything with our other contractors. But the real star was Vitaliy. He identified a significant structural issue with the showers and, without hesitation, completely re-worked his schedule to ensure everything was done correctly before the doors were installed. His dedication to quality and the professionalism of his crew were truly impressive – he clearly expects the highest standards, and they delivered.   I couldn’t be happier with the work Superior Floors of Belchertown did on my hardwood floors.
