  “Honestly, my experience with the landlord has been really frustrating. There’s been a persistent plumbing issue that’s been ongoing for months, and from the start it’s been difficult to get a resolution. The landlord initially scheduled a time that didn’t work for me because I had a medical appointment, and I tried to proactively contact them to see if we could reschedule, but the owner’s wife essentially shut down any discussion, saying they didn’t negotiate with renters. It felt really dismissive and like they were deliberately making things complicated. I ended up having to explain it again to the landlord, who also couldn’t make the original appointment, and then the technician only offered a temporary fix that quickly reverted the problem. It’s a strange way to run things, and I’ve felt like communication has been unnecessarily difficult.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the service I received when I called about the low water pressure in a couple of areas of our new home. The woman who answered was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable – she quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a simple fix we could try ourselves. Thankfully, it worked perfectly, and we avoided the hassle and expense of calling a plumber. It was great that she was so upfront about the plumber’s availability and wanted to help us resolve it quickly!” report abuse

  Honestly, I was really disappointed with Bob’s Plumbing. They initially told me they couldn’t replace my furnace filter because of the debris, but I offered to move it myself and reschedule. However, when I called back to get the filter changed, I spoke with Mary, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. She didn’t even understand my problem and shockingly suggested I might have Alzheimer’s! It was completely unprofessional and upsetting. Then, out of nowhere, she questioned if I’d moved the “junk.” After years of using their services for our rental properties, this kind of treatment was absolutely unacceptable. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere – we need a company that’s actually reliable and treats its customers with respect. report abuse

  “I was completely overwhelmed when I got home from work to find a flooded basement – over a foot of water! Bob the Plumber really went above and beyond. They arrived around 8pm, despite being two stops ahead and it being quite late. Thankfully, the issue was straightforward, and they offered a great, affordable solution. Honestly, their responsiveness was outstanding, so I’d definitely give them 5 stars for that alone.” report abuse
