  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Bay Demolition did for us. Henrique was fantastic – incredibly honest, straightforward, and you just knew you were getting a trustworthy service. His team worked incredibly hard for weeks, completely clearing and demolishing a whole house and a seriously cluttered lot filled with everything from a huge mobile home trailer to dozens of tires, including a couple that were almost semi-truck sized. It was a massive undertaking, and they tackled it with professionalism and efficiency. Honestly, I got several bids, and Bay Demolition was by far the most reasonable. They were so fast and thorough, completely cleaning up the mess. It was a really easy and smooth process, especially considering how chaotic the lot was.   “I can’t recommend Bay Demolition highly enough. Honestly, they were the absolute best contracting company we’ve ever worked with. From Henrique, the owner, all the way through to Vanessa in the office – everyone was fantastic to work with. We had a really challenging project on our hillside property in Los Gatos – terrible access roads and some very difficult hillside work. But Henrique and his crew just didn’t stop. They were incredibly organized, with everyone knowing exactly what to do, and they got it done efficiently and fairly priced.   “I was really pleased with Bay Demolition. I hired them to take down an old metal shed in my backyard, and they handled everything really well. They sent over some photos and a clear quote that I agreed to, and they confirmed the appointment time promptly. When they arrived, they did a fantastic, thorough job – they even took the extra step of removing the bolts from the concrete. They loaded all the scrap metal onto their truck and cleaned up the entire area afterward.
