Luke was absolutely fantastic! We had a really urgent issue with our frozen septic on a Saturday night around 1 am, and he responded immediately, scheduling a visit for 6:30 am. He arrived right away and quickly resolved the problem. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond – it’s great to see such responsive and professional customer service.

“We had a really stressful start to the school year – September 6th, 2022 – when we suddenly lost water! I frantically contacted several plumbers, but everyone was completely booked up, with one even having appointments stretching out for a whole month. Thankfully, Kevin from Grass Lake Plumbing was amazing. He called me back within minutes, talked through the problem with my husband over the phone, and quickly identified it as an issue with the well pump. He was right – no plumber would’ve dared to tackle that! He then recommended Terry Martin from Wilton Well and Pump Services, and they were absolutely fantastic! Terry and his team were there at our house by 11:30 that morning and got the pump replaced. Honestly, that’s incredible service!
