  Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “I used this supplier for lumber for a half-acre fence project last summer, and while the staff were really friendly and helpful, I had a pretty frustrating experience. They delivered a large quantity of lumber without me being able to select specific pieces, and unfortunately, about a quarter of the cedar posts were unusable. I ended up having to buy replacements myself, which completely negated any initial savings. When I asked about a refund, I wasn't offered one.
