“I was really pleased with the service – they were able to perfectly match the stain on our cedar posts, even after seven years! They have a great system with their records from the original house build, so it was incredibly easy to get the exact color we needed.”

There were several issues with the measurements, particularly on the main structural components, and the workmanship – specifically with the drywall, paint, and rock masonry – was unfortunately quite poor. What was most frustrating was the builder’s lack of follow-up during the warranty period. We experienced problems with doors that were loose in their frames, splitting drywall, and uneven drawers in the cabinetry, but attempts to get these issues addressed were repeatedly unsuccessful.”
