  Honestly, this was an absolutely terrible experience. The plumbers who came to replace the leaking hot water heater were incredibly unprofessional. They charged my neighbor an outrageous $900, including $450 for the heater itself, and barely spent an hour on the job. They didn't even clean up the massive amount of water that was flooding her home, I had to borrow a shop vac to fix it myself. After installing the new heater, they just walked out, didn't bother to close the back door properly, and let her cat out into the yard – all without saying a word. To add insult to injury, they damaged her brand-new, soft flooring while moving her washer and dryer. It felt like they completely disregarded her property and were just trying to take advantage of the situation. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone – it’s the worst service I’ve ever encountered, and a huge rip-off in Benton. report abuse

  LaRue Plumbing was absolutely fantastic. They really went above and beyond – they actually came out to replace our toilet during two consecutive snowstorms, which is incredibly rare for Arkansas! It was a testament to their commitment, and we were very impressed with their service. report abuse
