  “I wanted to give a huge shout-out to CJ, Chris, Montrell, and Dakota at the Reserve at Boardwalk. I was working nights and asked if they could start with cleaning my apartment – it was starting to rain, which was great timing! They were on their lunch break, but they immediately jumped into action and took care of everything within just five minutes, even unloading everything afterwards.   I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. They’re responsible for maintaining our neighborhood’s lawns and sprinklers, and frankly, they’ve been completely unreliable. Despite mowing my lawn just twice in the last four weeks, they haven’t done any edging or weedeating, leaving the lawns looking a mess. Most concerningly, they promised to fix the sprinkler system back in March, and it's now May 23rd with still no water flowing. I’m having to water my own lawn to prevent it from dying, but many of my older neighbors are struggling to do this, and their lawns are already starting to brown. It's unacceptable, and the lack of communication and response to our requests is really frustrating. I strongly advise against using this company. report abuse

They not only jump-started her car but also took the time to properly tighten everything up.   “Honestly, the service was really frustrating. They managed to kick up a huge amount of sand onto my truck, and then couldn’t even get it off the sidewalk after I’d been bringing it up for months. It felt like they didn’t respect my property, and I ended up having to take my truck to a different car wash.” report abuse

  “I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s service. We hired them through our HOA, and they’ve been completely unresponsive. We haven't received any service in weeks – specifically, they haven’t addressed our irrigation issues, leaving us without water for six weeks.
