“I just wanted to say CJ, Chris, Montrell, and Dakota provided absolutely fantastic service! I work nights, and I requested they start with cleaning my apartment’s front entrance – it was starting to rain. They were on a lunch break, but they immediately stepped in and took care of it within just five minutes, even loading everything back up afterward. Seriously exemplary customer service!”

LAI is fantastic! They’re incredibly reliable – always punctual and conduct themselves with a really professional attitude. Plus, their prices are great and the quality of their services is outstanding. I highly recommend them!

I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. They handle the landscaping for our neighborhood, including irrigation and lawn care, and frankly, they’ve been completely unreliable. Despite promising to fix our sprinklers back in March, we’re now in May and still have no water running. I’ve even been watering my own lawn to try and keep it alive, but many of my older neighbors aren’t able to do that, and their lawns are already starting to turn brown. They’ve only mowed my lawn twice in the last four weeks, and haven't done any edging or weedeating – the whole area looks really neglected. They rarely respond to requests, and I strongly advise anyone considering using them to avoid them completely.

“I’m really impressed with the service I heard about from my friend. She had a dead battery and three of your employees in Opelika went above and beyond to help her out – not just jump-starting her car, but also making sure the connections were secure. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and it’s exactly the kind of service I’d expect from Landscape Associates. I’ll definitely be reaching out to you if I need any landscaping work in the future.”
-
“Honestly, the service here was really frustrating. They managed to kick up a huge amount of sand all over my truck, and then it took months to get them to even address the sand on the sidewalk. It felt like they didn’t care about my property, and I just ended up going to a different car wash.”
-
Okay, here’s a natural-sounding rewrite based on “Don’t cut everything”: “It’s clear you have a lot of ideas, which is fantastic. However, it feels like you’re trying to do *everything* at once. Let’s focus on prioritizing and really developing a few key areas – don’t feel the need to tackle everything simultaneously.”
-
“I was really impressed with this landscaping company. They were incredibly professional and consistently on time and working hard. The final result was fantastic – exactly what I hoped for and very satisfying.”
-
“I’m extremely disappointed with this company. We hired them through the HOA, and frankly, they’ve been completely unresponsive and ineffective. We’ve been without irrigation service for six weeks, and despite repeated inquiries, we haven’t received any answers or action. I strongly advise against using this company.”
-
“They’ve been a consistently reliable and valuable partner for us over the last ten years – we’ve really appreciated their work.”
-
I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done.
