  BDry did a fantastic job – I’d absolutely recommend them. They were incredibly professional and honest throughout the whole project. What really stood out was that they were able to save me money by identifying that I didn’t actually need certain reinforcements. Jonathan was great at coming to my home and working with me to create a drainage plan, and Amy made the scheduling process so easy. But Devin and Blake, the installation crew, were truly exceptional. They were professional, incredibly competent, and really courteous the whole time. They got the job done efficiently, bringing everything they needed, and the quality of their work was outstanding.   “I was really pleased with the service I received from BDry. The rep who assessed my slab foundation was incredibly helpful – fair, honest, and clearly knowledgeable about the situation. What really stood out was that he went the extra mile and arranged a free zip level scan of my house. That scan was a game-changer; it gave us a really clear, color-coded view of the uneven settlement and exactly how much it was happening. It was great to see a company looking at the whole picture, rather than just focusing on cracks – I’d heard about another company recommending a lot of extra helical piers based on just a hairline crack, when there wasn’t actually a significant problem. We’re planning to take steps to mitigate the ongoing settlement with gutters and a French drain, and BDry’s recommendation, which was later confirmed by a structural engineer, felt like the right approach. Honestly, if you're worried about foundation issues, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call – you’ve got nothing to lose and could potentially save a lot of money.” report abuse

  Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the BDry team. Everyone I interacted with – from the salesperson to the installation team and their manager, and even accounts receivable – was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. I was particularly grateful for the installation team’s flexibility. And speaking of which, Dylan, our team leader, was outstanding.   I was really pleased with the work Foreman Diego and his team did to waterproof and encapsulate my crawl space. They kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know when they were on their way and explaining exactly what they were going to do. Diego was fantastic – friendly, professional, and really took the time to walk me through the entire process. And they were incredibly thorough in cleaning up afterward. Sammy was also excellent; he clearly explained everything that needed to be done to address the water, moisture, and mold issues, and he was always prompt, courteous, and professional.
