  “I’m so grateful to BDry for stepping in and resolving my serious exterior water problem. My backyard was completely flooded, and the water was even reaching my house! I initially called on a Friday, and Dan the salesman followed up the following Monday with a helpful estimate. What really impressed me was how the installation team, Brandon and Frank, handled a challenge with the pipe fittings – they proactively adjusted the plan to create a solution that was actually better for me, rather than causing problems. Throughout the whole process, everyone has been incredibly responsive and communicative, with Tyler even doing a thorough water flow test to ensure everything would work properly, especially during heavy rain. They installed a fantastic large catch basin and connected it to my downspouts to direct the water away from my yard, and honestly, it’s been a huge relief knowing I have a proper solution now.   I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with getting my basement water issue resolved. From the very beginning, David was amazing – he really seemed to understand how anxious I was feeling about the whole thing. He walked me through everything, explaining the potential benefits and really put my mind at ease. The team that came to do the work was incredible too. They were so professional and caring, and Patrick, the foreman, was just fantastic! They worked tirelessly, actually taking a little longer than initially planned, and I felt like they were genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. It was like they were part of the family! I was a nervous wreck, but they were so patient and considerate. Seriously, it was a truly amazing experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend them – they cover a large area of Alabama, including Sumiton, where I live. report abuse

  “BDry did a fantastic job replacing my crawlspace door – it was a bit unusual as mine was over 6 feet wide. Charles, the installer, really impressed me. He took the time to understand my specific needs and skillfully built a very sturdy, single-panel door that completely eliminated the gap from my old two-panel door.   “I was really impressed with BDry Alabama. They sent David Fievet out to assess a water spot and crack in my basement, and I was honestly expecting a push to get me to spend a lot of money. But David was so honest and straightforward – he quickly identified the problem was actually just my gutters needing attention, which I’d already addressed. It was such a relief to deal with someone who wasn’t trying to oversell me. In a world where it’s hard to find trustworthy companies, BDry really stood out.   “I was really disappointed with my experience with BDry. I received a flyer offering a free inspection of their work after the previous owners had it installed. When I contacted them to schedule the inspection, I was told the offer didn’t apply to me, despite the original contract stating the system came with the house. I even pointed out that the contract clearly allows for a change of ownership. But BDry refused to honor the contract or the complimentary inspection. They promised to call me back, but I never heard from them. Honestly, it felt like they were trying to avoid fulfilling their obligations. While the system itself seems like it might be decent, the whole experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.” report abuse
