  “Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. I struggled to get any help with my purchase, and it felt incredibly disorganized. Phone calls went unanswered, and I had to basically figure out what I needed on my own. Adding to the problem, they charged shipping both ways on returns, and tacked on an extra stocking fee – it’s just not competitive at all. I placed an order for items with overnight shipping, but they never shipped – apparently because I hadn’t specified a glue color, even though I was never asked for that information. I wasn't contacted until the following day, which completely delayed my project. When I called to inquire, the customer service representative was incredibly rude and blamed me for the issue.
