  “I bought a house with a brand-new stockade fence installed by Boston Fence. Sadly, just two years later, eight of the pressure-treated posts had completely rotted away, and the fence was starting to fall down. I contacted Boston Fence repeatedly – by phone and email – but they refused to take responsibility. They claimed the warranty didn't cover me as the new owner and offered to replace the posts only at their own cost. They completely ignored the fact that the original materials appeared to be faulty and not actually pressure-treated. It was incredibly frustrating that they wouldn’t stand behind their work, and I wouldn’t recommend using their services.” report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Boston Fence. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with our new picket fence – it’s exactly what we were hoping for. From the start, Nick was really helpful and gave us a very fair price. Bob and Dave were fantastic too; they worked incredibly hard in the heat to get the installation done, and the fence itself is really sturdy and well-built.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with Boston Fence last fall. They built our wooden fence completely to order, and we really appreciated being able to make design changes on the spot to perfectly match our vision. The finished fence far exceeded our expectations, and they even took the time to adjust the installation to match the slope of our yard – a brilliant touch that ensures our dogs can’t escape!
