We were really disappointed with our experience with this company. We purchased a house in St. Francis and, while the house itself is okay, we quickly realized we’d be right next door to our neighbors, which was a surprise. Unfortunately, the new sod they installed died within two days – it was clearly due to a terrible job prepping the ground; you could see sand clearly between the pieces. We contacted the company, but they sent no one to investigate, and we ended up having to explain the situation to a representative over the phone. They essentially shrugged and told us to deal with it ourselves, suggesting we buy our own dirt and grass seed and handle the maintenance, referencing the “as is” sale terms. The whole interaction was incredibly frustrating and unpleasant, and the customer service was shockingly bad. We wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience working with them. The house was exactly what we were looking for, and it was really easy to work with the team. I especially appreciated the detailed final walkthrough and the comprehensive information packet they provided – it gave us peace of mind knowing we had everything we needed should any questions arise.

“We absolutely love our new home – it’s fantastic! And we wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at Progressive Builders; they were all so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.”

“I bought my home through Progressive about a year ago, and overall it was a fantastic experience. They did have a couple of small things to correct, but they were incredibly responsive and fixed them really quickly. I’d definitely recommend them.”
-
“Honestly, we were really disappointed with the quality of work. It seemed like they were trying to do the cheapest job possible, and it showed. We heard from the trim, flooring, and painting crews that they were cutting corners everywhere. The landscaping was particularly concerning – they laid sod in late October, and it clearly wasn’t ready for it, which was a major problem.”
-
I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. From start to finish, the service was unacceptable. They completely refused to provide a copy of the blueprint for my finished basement, and they haven’t honored the warranty to fix the issues that arose. To add to the frustration, a brand new two-year-old house is excessively creaky, and shockingly, they blamed *me* for the mold problem – a serious issue that was clearly present when they started work. Honestly, it’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor.

“We were so pleased with Progressive Builders – they were a fantastic team to work with and we really appreciate their help in buying our home!”
-
“I’ve been living in my house for nearly 20 years now, and it’s been absolutely fantastic. The quality of the build is really solid – I haven’t had a single issue, which is a huge relief. I wholeheartedly recommend building with them; you definitely won’t regret it.”

“We were really happy with Progressive Builders – a great experience overall.”
