  I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. From the moment I began working with Renewal By Anderson, the customer service was outstanding. Jennifer and Miranda were fantastic – so polite, friendly, and consistently communicative via text, phone, and email, keeping me fully informed every step of the way. It’s a huge relief to have a company that actually *stays* in touch, unlike some others I’ve dealt with. Scott, the design consultant, was truly exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and even had a great sense of humor, which made me feel completely comfortable. And Adam and his installation team were fantastic too – professional, respectful, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing a great job. I felt completely safe having them in my home. The windows themselves are top-notch, and Scott helped me customize them perfectly. They’re already making a noticeable difference – I’m excited to see how much I’ll save on my heating bills, especially with the first winter storm approaching! Plus, the screens are a huge improvement – no more flies! I’ve attached some photos to show the difference.
