Josh was fantastic – so knowledgeable and really took the time to understand our needs and help us design the perfect windows for our home. And Brian and his team were incredibly respectful and professional, both inside and out. Honestly, the difference is night and day.   “Scott was fantastic – he really went above and beyond! He spent over two hours at our home, and it wasn’t just a sales pitch; we actually connected and really enjoyed his company. We were so impressed with how the sliding glass door was going to perform, and we ended up ordering it. To our surprise, they were able to get it scheduled for February instead of May through September. The installation itself was incredibly quick – only three hours, including taking down our old door, which was only seven years old and incredibly drafty. The installers were also really professional and courteous. Honestly, our old door was a huge problem, letting in all the cold air. But our new Renewal by Anderson door has completely changed things! Our great room is so much warmer now, especially since it’s on our west wall where we get a lot of storms. We’ve had some pretty strong winds with those storms, up to 50 mph, and the door hasn’t leaked a drop or had any drafts. We even had a huge snowstorm with over a foot of snow – the snow even piled up on the door, but it wasn’t cold at all! It's absolutely worth every penny.” report abuse

Sean Kellogg was fantastic – he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making the whole process enjoyable. We really appreciated his honesty and how patient he was with us. The design options were excellent, and the quality of the Andersen windows and doors is truly outstanding. Plus, we got new interior and exterior trim included! We’re already seeing a potential savings on our energy bills, which is a huge bonus.
