  Eddy did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing both the heat pump condenser and the AC fan motor – really pinpointing the issues quickly. However, the final bill was shockingly expensive. It felt completely out of line with the cost of these kinds of repairs, and we were left with no real option but to pay it. If the price had been more reasonable, I’d definitely give him a five-star rating. report abuse

  Sonny Edwards was incredibly pleased with the service he received from Darrel Kimbrough. Darrel went above and beyond when they had a furnace emergency just before a significant drop in temperature, and Sonny was particularly impressed by Darrel’s genuine care and dedication – something Sonny rarely encounters these days. He wholeheartedly recommends Darrel and hopes he continues to handle all of Standard’s service calls.   “I was really pleased with the air conditioning service I received. Austin Weems was fantastic – he was right on time, incredibly professional, and took the time to explain why changing the air filter is so important. He not only replaced the filter quickly, but he also did a really thorough check of the whole system, and I could immediately tell the difference in air quality. Austin’s attention to detail and genuine commitment to making sure I was satisfied really stood out. We especially want to thank Brady for his thoroughness; he spotted an issue we hadn’t noticed and alerted us right away. Brian was, as always, a pleasure to work with, and Nick really kept everything organized.   “The technician was fantastic – really professional, got the job done quickly, and clearly knew a lot about heating systems. It turned out the problem was a faulty thermostat, and he fixed it right away. He even offered to install a new one for me, which I decided to do.
