JD and his team went above and beyond – they completely set up our account, confirmed our insurance, and had the equipment delivered to us within 24 hours.   “I’ve used this storage facility several times and I’ve always been impressed with their professionalism and how quickly they get things unloaded. It’s really convenient – there’s parking available the night before, and the facility is located just south of the crane yard on 28th Street North, right before 5th Avenue North, just to the right of WasteWorks.” report abuse

  “Overall, the experience was really smooth. We needed a transload/reload onto a new trailer for a truck and flatbed, and the entire process – from booking to unloading and reloading – took about two hours. Chris was fantastic to work with, and Jerry, the operator, was exceptionally professional and careful, particularly with the sensitive freight.   “I was incredibly impressed with CraneWorks’ responsiveness and professionalism. After a tree fell on my home last May, they were there within twelve hours to handle the removal – a huge relief. They worked with incredible skill, carefully extracting the tree and minimizing any potential damage to my house, especially considering the limited space. And to top it off, during a particularly challenging situation with my home generator needing a crane, it was the same fantastic team who’d previously been at my property!   “I’d strongly advise caution with this company. Their billing practices seem quite deceptive, and I’ve heard reports of customers being overcharged. It’s really important to get everything in writing and understand all charges thoroughly to avoid unexpected costs.” report abuse
