The issue arose when their technician tried to replace a faulty light fixture they’d provided, and I immediately contacted my warranty company, expressing my dissatisfaction.   “I went to Generac looking for a generator, and they connected me with Brown Electric for an initial assessment. They helped me determine the right size unit, but unfortunately, they weren’t able to get one for me at that time.
