And honestly, the installation crew was outstanding – truly top-notch professionals.   I really loved the flooring when it was installed 11 months ago, but unfortunately, it’s already showing a lot of wear and tear. There are numerous scratches and dents, and even some pieces of wood are missing. To make matters worse, the plastic tiles seemed to cause significant damage. I sent pictures of the issues, and someone did come out to assess the situation and said they’d patch the dents and scratches. Honestly, considering I paid $6,000 for this, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and wouldn't recommend this product. The people I spoke with were polite, but that doesn’t change the fact that the flooring hasn’t held up well. report abuse

  “I recently went through a really stressful experience getting new carpeting for my daughter’s new home in Birmingham, and I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Brian’s Flooring. Initially, we struggled to get a good quote and even harder to connect with anyone to discuss it. Thankfully, we found Donna at the Birmingham location, and she was an absolute lifesaver! My daughter had initially gone to the Valleydale store, but we quickly realized they weren't very responsive – no one answered the phone, calls weren’t returned, and their inbox was constantly full. Donna, on the other hand, was incredibly helpful and understanding. We were under a tight deadline to get the carpet installed, and Donna immediately stepped in and arranged for an expedited installation. The final result was absolutely perfect – the install was flawless, and we’re so pleased with our new carpeting.
