They initially estimated the work would take 4-6 weeks, but it’s now been much longer.   “I’m really frustrated with One Call. They installed something on my roof, and it’s quickly become clear that there are some issues covered under warranty. The problem is, I’ve been trying to get them to respond for over a month, but they haven’t returned any of my calls. I recently heard through a friend that the company is actually facing bankruptcy and isn’t paying its workers, which is incredibly concerning.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with One Call – they were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. They quickly scheduled a quote and then took care of all the necessary work the following week. The quality of their work was excellent, and I appreciated that they didn’t try to pressure me into adding anything extra I didn’t need.   Trey did a really poor job with my roof repair. He was supposed to put a tarp on it, but it fell off within a month – it just blew away. It looked like he was rushing and honestly, it was the worst roofing job I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend using him. report abuse

  “Working with this company has been incredibly frustrating. My roof replacement project has been repeatedly delayed since January, and it’s been really difficult to get clear answers about what was happening. To try and get things moving, my son contacted them and they actually came out to my house to take measurements – that was four months after I initially scheduled the job.” report abuse
