  “I’m absolutely thrilled with the work Michael and his team did to address the moisture and mildew problems in my crawlspace. Matthew Caudle initially came out and showed me some fantastic examples of their encapsulation work, and I got a really fair quote. I scheduled the project to start within two weeks, and I was so pleased when Michael arrived with his crew yesterday, right on time. They explained the entire process clearly and got straight to work. Over the course of two days, they completely encapsulated the crawlspace, meticulously installing the vapor barrier, spraying the floor joists to eliminate existing mold, and setting up the drainage system. The final result is incredible – the crawlspace looks spotless and white, and I’m confident this will completely prevent any future mold or mildew growth.
