“I had a really frustrating start to the day. I arrived at 7am to unload six skylifts, but the guy at the desk immediately told me I couldn’t do it myself due to safety concerns and that I needed to wait until 9am for assistance. It’s incredibly odd because I successfully loaded similar shipments by myself at another branch. His attitude was completely unwarranted and unprofessional; it felt like he was just trying to make things difficult. Honestly, it seemed like he was taking it out on me personally.”
