Modesto and his team did an absolutely fantastic job! They were so considerate of my parents’ needs and really took the time to ensure the back and front stairs were both safe and secure for them. I was really impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness – I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again for any future projects.

Overall, I was really pleased with Modesto et al – they were incredibly helpful and got the job done quickly leveling my driveway. My only reason for not giving a full 5-star rating is that there was a bit of miscommunication early on, which meant they had to come back a second day. To make sure everything goes smoothly, I’d just recommend that the scope of the work is really clearly defined and everyone understands exactly what’s expected.

“I scheduled a consultation with the owner, and he did make an effort to come out to my place. However, he couldn’t assess the roof situation because it was still under construction with a tarp covering the stones. He promised to follow up, but I didn’t hear from him after a week, and he never contacted me again. It would have been appreciated to hear from him directly if he wasn’t interested in the job.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I hired them to do some concrete work in my yard, and frankly, the job was a disaster – really messy and just didn’t look professional at all. When I contacted the owner to get it sorted out, I was met with a lot of delays and excuses, and ultimately, I was completely blocked from getting my property fixed as I’d been promised. I would absolutely not recommend using this company.
