  Chris and his team were fantastic – I really couldn't have asked for a better experience tackling the waterproofing around my foundation. It’s always a bit stressful picking a contractor, but they were incredibly reliable and efficient from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, and their work was top-notch. I initially just wanted to waterproof, but they identified some serious issues with cracks in the foundation and the pressure from the slope behind my house. They recommended a significant concrete and rebar reinforcement, and honestly, I was so relieved they took care of the root of the problem. It was a big job, but they completed it quickly and with a really professional touch. Because of their expertise, I even added a few extra improvements like the drylok paint and replaced the damaged wood in my garage. I’m so pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend Chris and his team – I’d definitely use their services again without hesitation. report abuse

  Chris and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our chimney and steps! We’d been putting off repairs for ages, and a few windy days finally pushed us to get it done. The steps were particularly bad – the mortar was crumbling and the limestone was loose. Chris was quick to respond to our request, came out for an assessment, and gave us some really reasonable estimates for both repairing and rebuilding the steps, as well as fixing the chimney. We worked through the details last Friday, and they were on site first thing Tuesday. They were incredibly efficient and thorough, and Chris kept us updated throughout the process, even sending photos of the issues they found up on the chimney. They rebuilt the chimney by Thursday, and then finished up with the rain cap installation and cleanup on Friday. Honestly, the new steps and chimney look amazing! We’ll definitely be contacting Kings for any future paving, masonry, or foundation work we might need. report abuse

  “I scheduled a consultation with this company to get a quote for repairing my foundation and stairs, but they completely failed to show up or contact me. I had to follow up twice before hearing from them, and they didn’t seem to care that they missed their appointment. Honestly, it was a really frustrating experience, and I’ve already looked into other contractors who seem to value their customers and communicate better.” report abuse

Sadly, the leak returned after some recent rain.   King’s Paving and Masonry completely exceeded our expectations with our new driveway. We were really searching for a sustainable option beyond traditional asphalt, and they delivered a fantastic geocell permeable paver grid driveway. This type of system is brilliant – it lets water drain naturally, protecting our water sources, reducing pollution, and even helps manage stormwater. Plus, it’s made with recycled materials, which is a huge bonus! Chris and his team were incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand our goals and research the best geocell system for our property.
