Nate gave us a really competitive quote and offered some fantastic, cost-effective suggestions that perfectly matched what we were looking for. From the start, their team was incredibly attentive to detail, always on time, and genuinely passionate about their work – they were so helpful! Nate went above and beyond to find the exact matching composite board we needed, which was surprisingly difficult, and he checked in with us personally several times throughout the project to ensure we were completely happy. They also took great care to adhere to all the necessary building regulations.   Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with CAN Roof. They were fantastic in dealing with the water problem we had at our Back Bay building. Nate, in particular, was incredible. His engineering background really shone through as he patiently explained the potential causes of the leak, and he went above and beyond – he even used a drone to take photos and really investigate the issue. What impressed me most was how thorough he was, and he actually recommended against work on the gutters that other contractors had suggested, which turned out to be the right call. The replacement of our bay window roof was done quickly and to a really high standard, perfectly fitting in with the Back Bay neighborhood. He was so considerate too, rushing the work during the Christmas holiday to prepare for the rain – it truly averted a much bigger problem.   Overall, I was really pleased with CAN Roof. They handled everything – the new roofing, skylights, window trim, siding, gutters, and fascia – with excellent quality and a real attention to detail. Rocky and Nate were fantastic to work with; they offered some good suggestions for the project and were incredibly hardworking and efficient. They got everything done on time and with a great level of craftsmanship. We’ll be keeping an eye on it to see how it holds up long-term, but so far, we’re very happy with the work and would absolutely call them again for future projects. report abuse

  “We absolutely love the work CAN did for us! A recent storm caused some of our old wood gutters on the front bump-out to fall off and they were completely rotten. We were a little worried about finding someone to tackle such a small job, but they were fantastic. They completely removed the old gutters, fascia, and soffit – everything was rotten – and replaced it all with new gutters that matched our existing aluminum ones. It looks absolutely perfect, and we know that’s entirely down to the incredible care and attention to detail the team, especially Nate, Rocky, and the whole crew, put into their work. They were prompt, professional, and just genuinely great people to deal with. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the recent work done on my house! The team completely replaced my roof and installed four skylights, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. Nate was truly exceptional – the most professional contractor I’ve ever worked with, considering all the previous projects I’ve had done, including foundation repairs, a garage rebuild, and a roof patch. They were incredibly thorough, meticulous in their work, and went above and beyond by cleaning up every single bit of debris from my yard.   Nate and his team did a fantastic job repairing the flat roof in my building’s South End section, and I was so impressed with their work. Just recently, a really severe storm blew a piece of my pergola away, damaging my neighbor’s roof as well.   I was really pleased with the work these guys did – I actually had them do two neighbors’ roofs and was incredibly impressed with their skill and how tidy they left everything. I got quotes from a few different companies and Nate was fantastic at explaining the whole process to us. They handled all the permits and scheduling quickly, and thankfully, they finished the job on time and within budget, with a beautiful result.   “We hired CAN Roof to replace our deck, and Nate was fantastic during the initial consultation – he really listened to our needs. We ultimately decided to go with a stone patio instead, and switched contractors, but we were really impressed with Nate’s responsiveness. When we started noticing water leaking through the roof a few weeks later, he quickly stepped in to assess the problem, fixed it promptly, and even identified a couple of minor issues he spotted during his inspection. He was really proactive, providing upfront pricing and even checking back after the next rain to make sure everything was still watertight.” report abuse
