  “Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. The technician was pleasant enough and spent a good hour examining the stain, but we never really got to a clear diagnosis – he just recommended we monitor it. And to top it off, I was charged $220 for that! They added an extra charge for travel time, which I found completely unreasonable, especially for a 15-minute trip. The worst part was dealing with the office afterward. I called to discuss the bill and the person I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. I tried to explain my concerns calmly, but he just kept talking down to me. It was a really unpleasant interaction, and I felt like my perspective wasn't being valued as a customer.” report abuse

  Ryan did a fantastic job with the work, and it was all very neat and clean. The only downside was that he was over two hours late. I appreciated him explaining it was an emergency, but a heads-up call beforehand would have been a nice touch. report abuse
