  We were so pleased with the work Hudrlik did to transform our old shower into a beautiful, tiled walk-in shower. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Erica and Marie at their Brainerd store were fantastic – they really helped us navigate all the tile choices and colors, which was a huge relief for us. Jeff then created a fantastic design and price that made the final decision easy. Chris, the installer, was also fantastic! He was always professional, kept us updated on his schedule, and did a truly stunning job. Laurie was a fantastic resource; she really listened to our ideas and brought over some beautiful flooring samples to help us create the cozy and practical space we envisioned. She expertly navigated us through our budget and house limitations, offering some truly brilliant suggestions. Communication was always prompt and clear, and we really appreciated how quickly they provided us with updates on costs and timelines. Once the products arrived, Scott and his team did an incredible job installing the floor – the workmanship is flawless, the edges and seams are perfectly done, and the final result is stunning. They were so respectful of our home, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their work. It felt like working with artists, and they made the whole process incredibly easy.   Overall, Hudrlik did a fantastic job with our kitchen, and we were really pleased with their design input and the quality of the work and materials. However, our recent experience with their bathroom work was quite disappointing. We were told to handle everything online, and received absolutely no guidance or support. To add to this, the cabinets had to be picked up in a completely different town, and the lower cabinet door isn’t fitting properly – it sticks out a good quarter of an inch. We scheduled a follow-up appointment, but the technician never arrived or even contacted us. Because of these issues, we’ve decided not to use Hudrlik for our next bathroom project. report abuse

  “I unfortunately had a really negative experience with Jason’s company. They initially quoted me $4.99 per square foot including the pad and installation. However, after they measured, they added a surprise $1000 to the total for ‘waste,’ which felt completely unjustified and dishonest. When we questioned the extra charge, they became quite rude. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and we definitely don't recommend them. There are plenty of other flooring companies in the area that are much more transparent about their pricing – we’d suggest looking elsewhere.” report abuse

  “We’ve been really pleased with their work – they’ve successfully completed two projects for us already. While they’re not the most budget-friendly construction company in the area, they consistently deliver, show up on time, keep the site clean, and pay close attention to the details.
