  I wholeheartedly recommend Digital Horizons – they’ve been absolutely invaluable to our church. I’ve worked with Chris for years, and his knowledge and expertise in automation and technology is truly outstanding. We initially hired them a few years ago to install a projector and screen, and the quality has been fantastic ever since. More recently, as the campus manager, Chris set up a keyless entry system across all three buildings, which has dramatically reduced the time I spend managing access and saved us a significant amount of money on re-keying. More recently, we invested in a comprehensive surveillance system, and it’s been a game-changer. Given the past break-ins we’ve experienced, this, combined with the keyless entry, has made our campus incredibly safe and secure, and the best part is we can monitor everything remotely.   “I contacted Chris back in August of 2024 to discuss getting cameras for surveillance and he took measurements. Since then, I’ve been trying to get in touch with him repeatedly, but it’s incredibly frustrating. He always says he’s just attending a meeting, and he never calls me back. Worse yet, no one ever answers the phone during business hours, so I have to leave messages and haven’t received a response.” report abuse

  Chris and his team did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our home into a truly smart house. From the very beginning, Chris’s knowledge and expertise – covering everything from video and audio to security and lighting – was incredibly impressive. The rough-in installation was particularly meticulous, done with a real attention to detail, and the subsequent connections and installations were handled professionally. They even provided a really helpful guide to get us started after we moved in, and we were able to get a few things adjusted remotely, which was fantastic. Honestly, Chris completely delivered on a promise he’d made – my wife can now control her audio and video with just her smartphone, something we’ve been talking about for years!
