  “I was really worried when the first company came out and immediately told me I needed to replace my heat exchanger due to a crack. They didn’t even check for carbon monoxide, just stuck to their policy. They ended up locking down my furnace, which was incredibly stressful. I called Anderson Aire for a second opinion, and Steve was fantastic. He thoroughly checked for carbon monoxide and, based on his assessment, reassured me there was no danger of poisoning. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand the issues with my heater. While he recommended replacing the heat exchanger eventually – which makes sense considering its age – he thankfully talked me out of a panicked, expensive replacement right away. Thanks to Steve’s expertise and common sense, I know I have heat and don't need to rush into spending thousands. I’m definitely planning on having Anderson Aire install a new furnace and heat exchanger when I’m ready in the spring.” report abuse

  “I was so frustrated trying to get my A/C checked – I contacted four different companies over a week, and none of them responded quickly. Then I spoke with Steve at Anderson Aire, and it was a completely different experience. He called me back within a couple of hours, we quickly arranged a convenient appointment, and he kept me updated throughout the whole process. It’s great to find a company that actually communicates! I’d had some really bad experiences with other repair services – one never showed up, and the others just didn’t return my calls. But Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all my questions.   Steve was absolutely fantastic! Our furnace died on the coldest day of the year, and he was able to get someone out to us the same day. He was incredibly prompt, professional, and really friendly – you could tell he cared about getting the job done right. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the necessary part, and the price was very reasonable, even considering it might be preventative maintenance. He wouldn’t do anything without my approval, which I really appreciated. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with his service – it’s clear he’s focused on what’s best for his customers.   “I can’t recommend Anderson Aire highly enough! We called him with a sudden heating issue and he was fantastic – super responsive, got it diagnosed and fixed incredibly quickly, and the price was really reasonable. He was also so professional and patient, taking the time to explain everything to us as new homeowners, even dealing wonderfully with our son who was really interested.   “Steve was absolutely amazing! I was completely stranded with my furnace failing – it was -34 outside with only 39 degrees in my house. I called a bigger company who promised someone would come out, but they just left me hanging until 5pm and then canceled! Then, I called Steve, and he was a lifesaver. He arrived within an hour, fixed my frozen pipes, and even explained a few things about my furnace that I didn’t know. Seriously, he got me out of a huge mess, and I’m so grateful.   Steve was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to get our furnace working again. He arrived as quickly as possible when it first broke down and managed to get us back up and running with a temporary fix. The next day, he showed up right on time, completely fixed the furnace and even installed a new thermostat. What really stood out was how patient and helpful he was; he took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we felt comfortable with the new thermostat before he left, letting us know we could easily reach him if we had any further questions. report abuse
