Barbara really appreciates the service she’s received from Campbell Electric. She says they consistently provide excellent service at a fair price and have been incredibly helpful to her tenants in emergencies, even going above and beyond to answer the phone and assist them outside of regular business hours.

Overall, the service was a bit of a mixed bag. I was initially quoted a price of $65 per person for a new cooktop installation, but it turned out only one technician did the job, which felt a little misleading. My husband helped with replacing three outlets, which was helpful. The final bill matched the initial quote, thankfully. However, I was disappointed that I hadn't received a written quote for the additional work I requested, and I appreciated Paul sending a Christmas card – that was a nice touch!

Okay, so the installation was really behind schedule and quite expensive. Honestly, it felt like a completely different company did the work, given the state of the previous setup. Despite the issues, we're finally up and running, but we now need a new smart thermostat. I’ll be in touch soon to discuss that.
