  Joe’s been an absolute lifesaver for my Victorian home – he’s been maintaining my roof for nearly 20 years now. He originally fixed a leak and, years later, completely replaced my asphalt roof and copper gutters. I especially appreciated him adding the ice barrier in 2015 after that crazy amount of ice buildup; it really saved me from a potential disaster. Honestly, his workmanship is outstanding, and he’s a fantastic tradesman – reliable, reasonably priced, and always delivers high-quality work.   Joe did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my copper gutters and the roof over my bay window. He was really knowledgeable, didn’t push any unnecessary extras, and his crew was incredibly neat and courteous. Honestly, the whole experience was so much better than I anticipated, especially compared to some of the bigger companies I’d contacted.   “I was really disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a site visit for an estimate, but the person never showed up on time. I waited nearly thirty minutes and called to check on the appointment, and the response I received was incredibly unprofessional and frankly, rude. They essentially accused me of deliberately scheduling multiple estimates and hanging up – I hadn’t even gotten a chance to explain my situation.
