  Honestly, I’m really disappointed with Fire and Ice. I contacted them after a referral from another plumber because I needed a main sewer line replaced. They said they’d get me a quote within a week of December, but it’s now the first week of January and I’ve heard nothing but “we’ll get it to you by next week.” I just needed a quote to get started with my insurance company, and this constant delay is incredibly frustrating. I’m not holding my breath waiting for them to actually deliver on their promise. I definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone. report abuse

Unfortunately, the dampness in my basement then caused damage to the furnace motherboard, but the technicians were professional and explained everything clearly. I appreciated that they offered me a couple of options without any pushy sales tactics – it was just a really comfortable experience working with someone I could trust.
