  “I’m really frustrated with this service. The technician was only there for about 15-20 minutes, just blowing out a line without using any new parts – according to my receipt. I was charged over $300 for this, which seems incredibly high considering it didn’t require any new components. I was initially told the service fee would be waived if I’d chosen their full service package, and now I’m left wondering what I actually paid for.   Honestly, my experience with this company was really frustrating. The quality of service seemed to depend entirely on the technician I spoke with. I hired them to replace my faucet, and while I initially got a quote of $100 for a consultation, the final price – $450 – was completely unexpected and handled poorly. The tech didn’t explain why the price was so high, just shrugged and said “it’s the going rate,” even threatening to charge me $1300! It felt like a huge pressure tactic, and I immediately told them to leave. They really didn’t explain the range of prices I’d been told about when I first called, and it just felt like a deceptive attempt to overcharge me. I won't be using their services again. report abuse
