I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. From the start, it felt like they were trying to cover up something. Every time I called about Jerod’s work, they made excuses for his whereabouts instead of addressing the roof leaks. It wasn’t until I contacted Better Business Bureau, who didn’t even recommend them, that he finally responded. He then insisted I remove a post about the issue, and now I’m dealing with significant interior damage. As a senior, I feel completely taken advantage of, and it’s clear the initial installation was incredibly poor – another roofing company confirmed my concerns about the shoddy work.

“I had a really frustrating experience with this power company. The customer service representative I spoke with was incredibly rude, and after we switched our service, they never followed up or even contacted us. It turns out they’d gotten the wrong address entirely – they were working on our neighbor’s house! I ended up spending the entire day on the phone trying to get them to correct the mistake and get our service back in our name. To add to the problem, the crew brought a loose German Shepherd with them, which was a huge inconvenience, especially since we have three dogs of our own. They parked very close to our driveway for the rest of the week, making it difficult to get in and out of our property.”
-
“The crew was very efficient at the roofing work and cleaned up thoroughly. However, I encountered a significant communication issue – they sent a team that didn't speak English and didn't inform me of this beforehand, making it impossible for me to discuss any questions or concerns. Furthermore, the job wasn’t fully completed; they needed a specific trim piece to match my existing trim, and it’s now over a month later and still hasn’t been delivered. To add to this, they’ve stopped returning my calls, which is incredibly frustrating.”
-
“I’d absolutely recommend this company – the whole team was fantastic to work with. Kim, in particular, was a huge help; she really streamlined the process and was just a pleasure to deal with.”
