  T.J. was fantastic to work with! He really listened carefully as we talked about what we wanted for our new deck, and he offered some great suggestions when we asked for his opinion. He was also incredibly professional and took the time to make sure every detail in the design drawings was just right. The deck building crew was amazing – they skillfully brought our complex design to life and were both really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We absolutely would hire them again!   TJ and his team did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new 30ft by 4ft walkway. They were incredibly prompt, professional, and kept the worksite spotless – and they were fantastic about cleaning up afterward too!   Overall, Archadeck did a really solid job with our deck and porch project, especially considering the current material and labor shortages. Their crew was consistently reliable – three guys showed up on time every day to install the new deck, and they tackled the porch repairs and composite steps efficiently. They strictly adhered to all building codes and standards, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. However, my wife and I had a slight difference in opinion regarding the porch steps. While I was pleased with the straightforward, functional design, she was hoping for something a bit more stylish, envisioning a longer, wider step with a more enclosed, decorative look. Archadeck essentially replicated the standard step design, and it’s something we wish we’d discussed in more detail beforehand. Moving forward, I’d suggest Archadeck really delve into understanding a customer's specific design preferences and offer a wider range of options – don’t just assume everyone wants the standard style. And for the customer, it’s important to clearly communicate your vision and expectations from the outset. I would absolutely recommend Archadeck for future projects. report abuse

They took care of everything from removing the old deck to constructing the beautiful open deck and attached 3-season room. The crew was really professional and courteous, and the owner was incredibly involved, keeping me fully informed every step of the way.
