  Gary did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our Mitsubishi heat pump! The online booking was super easy, and I got a confirmation message right away. He arrived on time, was really friendly and didn’t rush us at all, and he took his time to do a really thorough job – it was finished in just an hour. He was really proactive and understanding – we needed to make a few adjustments to accommodate a future awning and reposition the indoor unit, and he handled everything with such professionalism.   We absolutely loved working with New England Heat Pumps! In 2018, they installed a fantastic mini-split system in our home, and we’ve been thrilled with it ever since. Gary Soucy and his team were incredibly professional – they completed the installation quickly and flawlessly, paying meticulous attention to detail and making sure everything was done to code. They even took care of all the paperwork for our state rebate. We were so impressed with their workmanship that when we needed a similar system for our camp this spring, there was no question – we went straight back to New England Heat Pumps and Gary. Now our camp has a single, 18,000 BTU system that keeps the whole building cool, and it’s been a game-changer!
