Karl was a fantastic help – he really went the extra mile to find the specific parts we needed for our Sweepster street sweeper. He kept us consistently updated on the progress, which was incredibly appreciated. Honestly, I wish all our vendors were as reliable and friendly as he was!

Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. For $1,600, I received only three hours of labor and absolutely no replacement parts – the problem with my machine remained. The pricing for on-site service was ridiculously high, and then to add insult to injury, my truck broke down while waiting to transport the machine for a separate repair. When they returned the truck, the original issue immediately reappeared, and they then charged me again for shop hours to “fix” it. I have no idea if it’s actually resolved, and I strongly advise anyone considering this service to take their business elsewhere.
