I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I received an email stating an invoice was overdue, and when I contacted your office to discuss it, I was met with a remarkably unprofessional response. Emily initially seemed helpful, but then she dismissed my concerns by laughing when I explained the situation. I asked to speak with a manager, and another employee took the call. Despite the evidence – I actually found a paid, in-full invoice from the time of service (as pictured) – she insisted the invoice was outstanding. I became frustrated and, frankly, upset, but my reaction was a result of being repeatedly misled. It’s clear there are serious issues with billing practices and customer service within your office. I’ve attached photos of the original paid invoice, and I believe a thorough review of your processes is urgently needed. I’m confident the owner would be aware of how his employees are treating clients.

My boyfriend had a really fortunate experience today thanks to this place. He ran out of gas right outside and, luckily, wandered in to ask for help. They were incredibly kind – they immediately stopped what they were doing and brought him a gas can and funnel. He was able to fill up his car and get back on the road, and it was such a relief. It’s clear they’re a fantastic team, and the gentleman he spoke with really emphasized the importance of looking out for each other. It was truly heartwarming!
