    “I’m really frustrated with my Ace Security system. It’s consistently failing – we’ve had problems before, but this latest one feels like the final straw. We were promised a quote for an upgrade by a representative, but we’re still waiting days later. It seems like this is a recurring issue for this company, as others have reported similar problems. While the technicians who actually install the equipment are always friendly and helpful, the sales team is completely unresponsive and difficult to get in touch with.” report abuse

    I’ve been using this company’s alarm system for just under a year now, and it’s been fantastic! As a first-time user, I’d never had an alarm before, and I really appreciate how quickly they respond whenever I’ve accidentally triggered it – I’ve made a few mistakes forgetting I’d set it. It’s honestly such a good value; the cost is way less than I expected, and I’m even saving money on my homeowner’s insurance.     I’m incredibly disappointed with the service my client received. They have an outdated system, likely from the 80s, and when one of the pads stopped working, they contacted us for a repair. The technician came to the house and, without explanation, stated he couldn’t fix it. When I questioned why this wasn’t communicated upfront, he simply said he didn’t know. Then, a sales representative promised a follow-up call to discuss an upgrade, which never happened. My client was subsequently billed $95 for the service call, and when I contacted the service manager, he was dismissive and unhelpful, arguing that the rate applied regardless of the system’s age. Ultimately, they insisted she pay the bill and wouldn't offer further assistance. I’ll be advising my client to never use their services again. report abuse

    I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. They’ve been around for 30 years, and it seems like their service has steadily declined. I had an appointment scheduled for between noon and 3 p.m. on Friday, and I ended up sitting there for a frustrating three hours waiting. To make matters worse, I was initially told the technician arrived at 9:20 a.m. but left because no one was here! It's unbelievable. The manager was supposed to call me today, but didn’t even call at 3:00 p.m., and when I contacted Ace, he was already gone for the day. It feels like no one actually cares about resolving the issue. And to add to the problems, the alarm system has failed twice in the last year – and I was charged $150 to have a technician come out to fix it, because I can't handle it myself. It’s incredibly inconvenient. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company – I’m looking for a different provider. report abuse
