  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the work M and M did on my home in the park. Shortly after moving in, I began noticing water running between my bedroom and den, and it turned out they hadn’t properly installed the roof – there was a six to seven-inch gap running the entire length of the house. The sun had warped the shingles, creating this gap, and rainwater started leaking into my kitchen. When they were called in to address the problem, they immediately blamed Champion, claiming Champion consistently provided them with substandard materials and that they were tired of dealing with them. Remarkably, they were even planning to simply cover the gap with metal until the park owner intervened and insisted on a proper roof installation. I asked if this was a common issue with Champion homes, and the man admitted it was. Honestly, the problems caused by this initial oversight have created several interior issues, and I absolutely will not be using M and M for any future work – not after this experience.” report abuse

  “I’m really frustrated with the crew working on my new house next door. They’ve been a huge nuisance, and frankly, incredibly inconsiderate. They caused a major problem on their first visit by damaging my internet cable – Charter had to come out and fix it. Then, unbelievably, they severed the new buried cable too, even though it was just recently installed. My cable company representative was completely baffled by their behavior. To add to the annoyance, they’ve been back this morning, starting up their radio early, and I had to rush out to ask them to turn it down. It’s clear they’re an unprofessional company with a lack of consideration for their neighbors.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service we received. The installers were completely unprofessional – they accidentally cut our internet line simply by not following the dig flags, and then were incredibly rude to my friend when they questioned it, even laughing at them. It’s really concerning that this seems to be a recurring issue based on other reviews.” report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with my experience here. The customer service was consistently rude and disrespectful, and I felt completely ignored. I left numerous voicemails and was repeatedly promised calls back that never happened. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company – it’s a huge waste of time and just caused me a lot of frustration. report abuse
